At Newhaven Care Limited, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We have services all across the beautiful county of Essex in the United Kingdom. All our services are designed to create a safe and nurturing environment for all our service users.
With a wealth of experience in the field, dating back to 2007, our team of highly trained and compassionate staff is committed to helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism live fulfilling and independent lives. Our ethos and values are enshrined in the understanding that each person is unique, and we therefore tailor our care plans to meet the specific needs and goals of our residents.

Our care home is equipped with safe equipment and amenities to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents. From comfortable and spacious ensuite living quarters to recreational areas and sensory rooms, we provide a supportive and enriching environment that encourages personal growth and development.
We currently run 4 supported living houses across the Southend area. All the houses are currently occupied by carefully assessed occupants who enjoy each other’s company.
We adapt to the needs of the service users and will ensure that services are set up based on careful consideration of the occupants’ needs.

Training
We understand that young people with Autism and learning disabilities are more likely to exhibit severe challenging behaviours. We however understand these needs and the ethically acceptable intervention strategies which are psychological and have therefore got a positive behaviour approach. We use NAPPI and other renowned training models to ensure the safety of our service users. We give all our staff a comprehensive training programme that covers a wide area of professional conduct.
